Maldon Sea Salt

Loved by cooks around the world for its fluffy, pure white crystals, Maldon sea salt is a kitchen must. Founded in 1882 in England, the family-owned Maldon company filters and boils seawater and then heats it until the salt crystalizes.

To use, simply crush with your fingers over food. The pyramid-shaped crystals make a perfect topper on caramels, too.
