Mezcal Spritzer
serves 4
6 oz ilegal mezcal
6 oz cocchi americano rosa
1.5 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Prosecco or sparkling wine
Pour the first 4 ingredients into a pitcher. Fill with ice and top with bubbles!
To make simple syrup: Mix equal parts sugar + water over low heat and stir until dissolved.
