Ā  With local redbuds in full bloom, we sprinkled some totally edible (!) blossoms over a classic Champagne cocktail for a springy party drink. Here’s how to mix one up (alsoĀ check outĀ our IGĀ reel!): CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL 1 teaspoon raw sugar 3-5 dashes Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters Champagne or sparkling wine Lemon twist and edible flowers for garnish Sprinkle sugar into bottom of coupe.
