The New Southern Table Book Signing with Author Brys Stephens
Salt & Sundry is pleased to welcome author Brys Stephens to sign his first cookbook, "The New Southern Table," featuring recipes that celebrate Southern traditions combined with globally-influenced technique and flavor combinations. The book is peppered with popular Southern ingredients and flavors such as okra, peaches, pecans and collard greens.
Stephens is an author, food writer, and consultant based in Charleston, SC. His writing credits include publications like Bon Appétit, Garden and Gun, Charleston City Paper and Charleston Magazine. And, he helped found the food and cooking website, Cookthink.com
