How quickly will my order ship? When will it arrive?

We ship most orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Once your package is with the carrier, we cannot control how quickly it will arrive. We use UPS for most orders and some East Coast orders can arrive as quickly as next day (typically 2-3 days). For longer distances, check with the carrier for delivery estimates. Do you offer free shipping?

We understand that free shipping is a common expectation these days. The truth is there is no such thing. We pack your orders with love, safely hand them off to our hardworking UPS or postal carriers, who bring them to you! For orders of $200 or more, shipping is complimentary.

Can I place an order online and pick it up?

For our local customers, we’re happy to offer pick-up services!  Place your order online and choose pick-up at checkout.

  1. Please wait for an email confirming that your order is ready — typically in 2-3 days (or less). 
  2. Swing by during our business hours to get your goods! When you arrive, come inside and a member of our team will bring you your order. 

NOTE: If the items you want are not available at the shop of your choice or you have trouble selecting the pick-up option, email us at care@shopsaltandsundry.com and we'll help get your goods to the right place!

Do you offer delivery?

Do you ship outside the US?

We do not currently ship internationally. If there's something you have your heart set on, email us at care@shopsaltandsundry.com, and we will gladly look into shipping options for you.

I saw something on your Instagram I love but can’t find it online. Can I still order it?

Absolutely! We are happy to ship any item from our shops. Just send us an email to care@shopsaltandsundry.com and we'll take care of it!



How do I return my purchase?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please notify us via email at care@shopsaltandsundry.com within 14 days of receiving your shipment so that we may authorize a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Oh no, something broke!

For a gift that’s sure to please, we offer gift cards online and in store and they are redeemable for both. Online gift cards will be sent in an email that you can forward to the recipient. If you have any questions, call one of our locations listed here and we'll be happy to assist!



Do you offer wedding and gift registries?

Absolutely! It's simple to add our online products to a third-party registry platform and we also have our own online registry. You can sign up here! If you have any questions on how to create a registry, we are happy to help! Send an email to care@shopsaltandsundry.com.

Do you offer custom gift boxes or gifts for my clients / friends / colleagues?

Yes! Our curated gift boxes make a great impression. We love to put together special gifts for your corporate, client or group needs. To get started, please complete our Custom Gifting form and our team will be in touch with you.



We love working with designers, and we offer a trade discount to qualified design professionals. To be considered, please complete our Design Trade Program application.
