The Salt

Proudly produced in partnership between Sarela Herrada of SIMPLi, Yolanda Acurio Mendoza of the women-run co-op Comunidad Salinera de Maras and Pineapple Collaborative, this blush pink salt is hand-gathered from ponds high in the Andes and naturally harvested to retain superior mineral content. Its mild flavor and medium grind size — between kosher salt and flaky finishing salt — make it a perfect addition to any pantry. 

Pineapple Collaborative created the custom-designed pinch pot of their dreams with a half moon lid that marries form and function.
